TNC for Customers:
Once you are in the WhatsApp group, that means you have agreed to all the TNCs applied in the QueCab platform.
1. Eligibility
• Must be a USM student with a valid student card.
2. Customer Responsibilities
• Be ready at the agreed pick-up point on time.
• Pay the agreed fare through the driver's bank account.
• Respect the vehicle by keeping it clean and avoiding damage. Spilled foods or any substances will be charged RM10 for the passengers.
• Carrying illegal items (drugs, weapons, alcohol, hazardous materials) is strictly prohibited.
3. Code of Conduct
• Treat drivers with respect and courtesy.
• No physical or verbal harassment.
• The drivers may report any inappropriate behavior by the customers to the Admin.
• Misconduct may result in suspension or permanent ban from using QueCab services. Customers may also be removed from the WhatsApp group.
4. Cancellation & Charges
• Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee (RM5).
• If the customer fails to show up within 10 minutes after the driver’s arrival, full fare may be charged.
• All fees must be transferred to the bank account of the driver in charge.
5. Safety
• Customers are encouraged to share trip details with friends/family for added safety.
• QueCab is not responsible for loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
6. Customer's Rights
• Passengers may report any incidents or misconduct from the drivers to the Admin HERE.
