How do I place an order?

Super simple just pick your favorite design, add it to cart, and checkout through our website.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online banking (FPX), debit/credit cards, and selected e-wallets.
3. Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?

Orders usually arrive within 3–5 working days in Peninsular Malaysia, and 5–7 working days for Sabah & Sarawak.
Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! You’ll receive your tracking details via email/SMS once your order has been processed.
4. Product & Sizing
How do I choose the right size?

Each product has its own size chart. Please check the chart before placing your order to avoid size issues.
What material are QUERA clothes made of?

Most of our pieces are sublimation-based, lightweight, durable, and comfy enough for all-day wear.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange if the size doesn’t fit?

Yes, exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and with its original tag.
Do you offer refunds?

At the moment, we only provide exchanges (size or design).
