TNC for Drivers :
1. Eligibility
• Must be a USM student with a valid student card.
• Hold a valid driving license (class D/DA depending on vehicle type).
• Vehicle must be registered, insured and in safe condition.
• No serious criminal or major traffic offence records.
2. Driver Responsibilities
• Ensure passenger safety throughout the trip.
• Follow all road traffic laws.
• Strictly no driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances.
• Keep the vehicle clean, presentable and well-maintained.
• Charge only the official QueCab fare (refer to the list given)—no hidden or unauthorized charges.
3. Payment
• All fares collected through the QueCab platform are directly credited to the driver's bank account.
• QueCab does not charge any service fee from both the drivers and passengers.
• Any payment made is solely between the drivers and the passengers.
• Drivers may charge RM10 from the passengers for every spilled food or substances in the vehicle.
4. Code of Conduct
• Be polite, respectful and professional at all times.
• No harassment, threats, or inappropriate behavior towards passengers.
• Misconduct or repeated complaints may result in suspension or termination of driver account.
5. Termination
• QueCab reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate drivers who violate terms or receive serious complaints from the passengers.
